Default The B5 Wheel Fitment Thread

So I've been browsing and I have yet to find a thread explaining what all wheels can directly bolt up to a a b5 a4. I've heard of different companys such as Bentley, Lamborghini and Porsche wheels bolting up to an A4, but what about aftermarket? The reason why I'm making this thread is to help people who cant find wheels for their b5's have a idea of where they can look in the future.

There are simply too many to name as there's hundreds of brands and tens of thousands of different wheels out there. Pretty much most aftermarket brands will have something to fit our cars. Obviously the bolt pattern needs to be the same (5x112) unless you're running adapters, then you can pretty much use any bolt pattern you can adapt to. The offset is the second major issue and a higher offset will probably require some sort of spacer to move it away from the hub and closer to the fender. I think OEM offset is 35.

Lots of stuff out there. If you're looking for real splits and rare-ish stuff, vrwheels.com. Wagen-wheels.com has a lot of cheap replica wheels. Tirerack.com if you want basic narrow stuff. I would highly recommend checking out the wheel and tire classifieds on vwvortex.com. Tons of stuff out there

Ebay isn't a bad place to start either. I like OEM wheels from other cars, pretty cheap and quality built.

I picked up an awesome set of VMRs from a local guy on Craigslist. 19 inch with an et 45 with some stretched tires. The look awesome, ride awesome and handle awesome with a set of falken fk452's they sit flush and with sport suspension look stunning. Highly recommended brand fom me!
