Default this b5 is confused

ok so on my way back to school this afternoon. there was a blue b5 1.8TQ pre facelift in the parking lot... and i think its confused. or cant decide if it want to be sport or non sport..
i took the picture in motion so it might be blury but you get the gist.

That's fine. But it steers with only the fronts. I know a few people running snows up front for the added traction for steering, and all-seasons in the back because they're good enough on a quattro.
