welcome back Jason, long time no see--read? lol
for OEM brake stuff I'd try blauparts, i just bought front and rear rotors and pads and they had the best prices for OEM stuff.
As for tires, what size wheels are you runnin? I got some decent Bridgestone all-seasons from Sears on the cheap, but I'm still runnin the stock 16" wheels. I don't recall the price difference between that and, say, 18"
Glad to see you back, this place could use a little old school knowledge lately

Good to be back!
I ordered the FCP Groton kit, front wheel bearings (2 for $73 shipped,) and rotors and pads from a local audi/vw/porsche parts wholesaler for cheap.
I think $40 per side to press bearings is sort of high, too... Until I just got off the phone with NAPPA who says "42/side with nappa bearings, $48/side without nappa bearings and no warranty." Geez. I might as well buy a 6 ton shop press for $90.
I'm still on stock sport 16" wheels and suspension.

No I sold the 97. After I bought it and replaced the clutch, I found out the trans and differential was bad. It was seriously neglected by the po. It was going to need the other usual stuff as well. I drove it for a while but never really got attached to it.
