I recently found a 99 audi a4 quattro turbo for sale. $600, it has an oil leak on the oil filter adapter and a cracked hose or something that makes antifreeze leak. should i buy it?

I could not have said it better. What does the interior/exterior look like? Is that the only thing wrong with it?

 

$600 is a steal if it is in good shape and that is all that's wrong with it. It could also very well end up being a money pit. There is no way anyone over the internet will be able to give you a good answer with that little information and no pictures.
