Default Atw spark plugs and tranny oil

Just had a few questions I have read that the Ngk Pfr6Q plugs for the Atw. Is this correct? Also I plan on Apr tune in the real near future is this plug a good idea? Also I have 5 speed Quattro was wondering about tranny oil. Which is the best? I have some redline 75w-90 for rear diff.

Just get the BKR6E (6962) plugs. They're like 2 bucks a pop and work great. Make sure to gap them to 0.032" for stock boost and 0.028" if you're chipped.

Redline MT90 if your live in an area where it is warm to hot. If it gets cold were you live you can always run some of the lighter Redline gear oil.
