Mike, are there nice cores that are comparable to Garrett that are less than 3" thick?

 

Well Bell Intercoolers has a 2.25" thick core that can be ordered as a 18" or 22" long and 9" tall that is good for 389 CFM. I am trying to find out how much hp that could handle. They have a core the same size as my 800hp Garrett core and they rate that one at 492 CFM.

 

So would it be safe to say the 18"x 9" x 2.25" would handle a GTRS nicely?

 

That is exactly what I am trying to find out.
