Slightly OT but I remember an article in C&D a couple years ago about a bag system in development fitted to an e46 m3. It had handled as well as a full coilover setup and had multiple setting so you could drop it low as possible or back to stock height at the touch of a button. If there was system like that for the A4 I'd be all over it. With coilovers it still takes time to manually adjust settings.

A couple people on this thread made it sound like it was a static drop to that low.
But, yeah, all personal preference.

i like how that car looks. a car on bags is sick, cause u get to lay it down in the grass at the shows, then hop up to normal height for the ride home. i would do it but im more into performance right now, so id rather spend the money elsewhere.

but back on your original topic, ive also thought about how those flairs would look on my car, some other people have already said the shape is off, so that ideas out, but im with you on trying to find an almost direct bolt up set. if i find anything ill let you know.

(dont worry freerock, your not the only one that loves slammed cars)

air bag suspension is adjustable suspension(kind of like hydraulics). you raise and lower the car w/ compressed air. you cant bounce on them like hydraulics, but you can go through all the motions(front, back, side to side, and pancake.)

Yup, air bags for adjustable ride height at the push of a button.

I'm gonna make a cardboard cut-out of a front and rear fenderwell and hit up a dealership or two.
