That chop is so much lower than me. There's like an inch of tire showing and he's on 16's.

I know you weren't asking me, but you can try taking off the intake piping running to your turbo, feel the shaft that the fins are attached to, and see if it moves back and forth or side to side. This shaft shouldn't move at all. Alot of times turbo cars burn oil because the seals inside the turbo are going bad
Oh and only check the turbo when the car is off

yeah you should check for shaft play like that. the turbo I replaced my old one with has some side to side shaft play which shouldn't be too bad. my turbo was bad but my smoking issue was almost definitely the exhaust gasket. it was almost in three pieces when I took it out. if you don't feel any shaft play I think it's likely gaskets which are a lot less annoying than replacing the whole turbo..

I know.
lol actually they're supposed to be attached by a lot of screws and things with tabs.. there are those two in the front fender liner, a few in the back and a bunch on the bottom. the only ones I have properly on are the two in the front... I have some on the bottom but they're not on perfectly and other than that, a bunch of velcro.. it was a pretty ghetto install but it seems sturdy and you can't really tell unless you look up close at the glued on trim pieces..
