Are these the same Roof racks as the ones you had on your sedan?


this guy is selling em for 150 he has em on a jetta though, would they fit? cause they look way taller

 

I'm pretty sure aledelic has (or had) the OEM racks.

 

He had OEM Votex racks, for sure. Go back to like page 40 and you can read all about it!

 

If I had a desire or need for racks, thats the one I would get. Looks the best IMO.

 

Those are the ones I have as well, I had no idea there was more than one kind? The racks on that Jetta look very similar to the ones Kyle just got, though I don't think Jetta racks would fit on our cars...(don't hold me to that though, just a guess)

yes my racks were the oem votex racks meant for b5 audis, I highly doubt jetta racks would fit.. I know b5 passat ones don't from what I have heard.

no updates on the car really. trying to figure out why I can barely get over 15-17psi now.. no cel. checked for a boost leak but I couldn't find any but wasn't getting any back pressure with an air compressor so it seemed like there should be a leak and it'll go up and slowly go down without letting off the pedal.. I swapped n75 valves with an n75j but it didn't make much difference. going to try to lubricate my dv next.
and I'm putting together a list of parts to buy for air

 

air bags ftw. I may be behind the times but i assume you sold the sedan then?
