Aftermarket bumper???

Aftermarket bumper???
I ordered an aftermarket front Bumper for my 1999 audi a4 and i got it saturday and came across a problem. I noticed the old bumper has the A frame bar that bolts the bumper to the frame of the car.... But the factory used rivets to hold the bumper to the A frame bar.
So how do i get the a frame bar onto my new aftermarket bumper??? Or do i mount it a different way??

You did not provide too much information here, but I can tell you that you're probably not going to get much support on many B5 enthusiast forums - 90% of B5 owners keep and enjoy the stock bumpers on their cars.
As for aftermarket bumpers, I'm assuming that yours has no holes to mount or something? I think you may have made a typo in your post, or I just plain don't understand it.
It has been noted that many aftermarket bumpers require much more than just a ratchet to bolt on to your car; in fact, a lot of bumpers require fabrication beyond the abilities of the average DIY'er to put on. Maybe you'll get away with some drilling? I don't know.

Yea icould have put more info... Ummmm
there are no holes on the bumper at all, no brackets Nothing, its just a fiberglass bumper with ricer chicken wire that i plan to rip out so my intercooler and pipping will be easier to see.
There are no holes no where to mount the a frame bar.. And idk how fiberglass holds up to drilling???
And the reason i got a after maket bumper is cause the stock one was a little ruffed up.. So i ordered a euro style front bumper thing i would just have to get it paited and mount the a frame bar.

You're definitely going to need to drill it... Can't just use 3M tape and hope it stays
I just hope that it doesn't require much more modification; sometimes bumpers have to be heated and shaped so that they meet the fenders and everything. A lot of people buy bumpers like that right before they send their car to the body shop so that the professionals can deal with it :\
I just found this on google, it's probably a reliable method to drill fiberglass:

^ What he said. If you ordered those fiberglass kits, slight modifications might be required to fully fit them (re-bending/re-shaping) as some of them don't come with OEM-like fitments.
Also you might have to fabricate custom brackets for them or modify your stock ones.
