AEB + k04+stock ex. manifold, fuel pump and injectors?
My engine is AEB, what sort of power can i produce with:
-63mm/2.5" exhaust
-k04-015
-remap ecu
... and with stock manifold.. stock fuel pump ... stock injectors .. and stock intercooler.I know from cincyTT that injectors hold 230-240hp with stock fuel pressure. And what about stock clutch with this setup... ?
Soon i change intercooler with FMIC ... maybe fuel pump if i need new pump for this setup.I want daily car, with no many mods... i have another car for tuning project...
Sorry for my bad english ... and thanks!

You will need a 5bar fpr to go with that chip and sustain enough fuel. A ko4 will only make another 15-20whp/tq more than a ko3, the reason people see any more than that is because they push the turbo past its limits.

That was 100% duty cycle. That means your injectors never stop injecting fuel. You dont want more than 80% duty cycle. For what you are trying to make you will need atleast a 5bar or bigger injectors. The reason is that the AEB engines use the smallest injectors of all 1.8t's. A fpr takes 5mins to install and is just a remove and install part, no tuning or adjusting needed. If you keep it about 220hp, you will be fine on the stock injectors.
To install a fpr you just pull a clip and pull the stock one out and install the new fpr and then reclip it.
