The current exhaust system i have is magnaflow from the flex pipe back... so from the flex pipe to the opposite side is all stock... would there be anything else that i would need to get in order for my mechanic to replace the stock cat?

Labree should be a direct bolt on replacement. All sizes are the same as stock, and already has ports for sensors. Unless you needed new bolts or something, but your mechanic should have those on hand. Or extremely easy access to the proper sizes.

i would get new bolts, only the bottom ones, because you get some but the ones i got were crap and looked cheap and actually snapped 2 out of 3....
also i would replace the gaskets in there..
and if you have some extra money replace the O2 sensors if you are over 100k miles...
and you might want to get a bigger downpipe and flexpipe as well, otherwise you wont feel the difference as much
