Would these be causing my lights to come on and if not, what do i need to do to fix these errors or are they not a big deal.

I do have an exhaust leak im fixing this week as well. I have searched and found that most of the ABS/ brake lights are from the module up front needing to be replaced for it. Just thought id post up my results and see what else i need to do. Im trying to create a list of things im needing to do and how much its going to cost.

First off, clear all codes. See which codes come back, my guess is the HVAC codes won't come back, and most if not all of the central locking codes won't come back. ABS/brake and airbag lights won't be cleared by clearing codes.

Looks like you'll need your ABS module rebuilt, considering that it didn't come up on the auto-scan. So start with that. Prior to having my ABS module rebuilt I wasn't able to access the airbag control module, similar to you, so it's likely that once your ABS module is rebuilt you can find out the cause of the airbag light.

Scan the airbag system on its own. Most likely you'll find the driver's seat bag has a logged fault for an open/high resistance fault. That's the connector under the seat.

In my experience he won't be able to access the airbag module with an inaccessible ABS module.

You don't have to buy a new one... You would have to buy the whole ABS pump with the module and that would cost $700+.
I had my ABS module repaired for $100:
CHEAP Bosch 5.3 ABS REPAIR VW Passat Audi A4 A6 A8 S4
Others have used Module Master:
ModuleMaster | Services | ABS Modules
But I think it costs $150.

It will be fine! In fact right now you are basically driving without ABS, so if you slammed on the brakes your wheels would lock up.

Usually it is recommended to cover up the ABS pump while the ABS module is removed (if you plan on driving the car). This will prevent debris from entering and messing things up. Also you'll want to cover the ABS module while it's in transit, and make sure to wrap it well.

That sounds logical but I can't verify its validity. Perhaps somebody else might be able to.
