a4 i picked up the other day

most people around here seem to do similar things (2" or less drop springs or vmaxx coilovers but not even low, for example).. af needs moar low so you're liked by me
which kit are you talking about for $4k? there aren't really any kits made for our cars that I know of. bagyard recently released a rear quattro b5 setup but it's like $1700 or something.. I think ksport may have a full kit but I'm not sure if it's for quattro, I don't remember it being too expensive though. you should be able to piece together a kit with custom stuff for the rear for around $2000 or less. I hope to have a very basic, not pricey setup on my avant some time in the future.. probably pretty similar to what this guy has

I was just looking at that build on Friday. Are you going with a 4 or 8 valve set up? After reading through that thread it seems like a 4 valve set up is just stupid...

I don't know too much about the pros/cons of both but I think I'd want 8 valve.. maybe I could get it to three wheel

4 valves from what i saw, share air, so more body roll


and for its... glad you got a car... start with the small stuff... there is a guy down in va i think on the forum that bought my apr tune, but he is auto, not sure if he ever got it figured out, but he might be willing to sell

Kozzi what do you do for a living? I mean it seems like you always have time to work on your ride and funds are always there! BUT you're probably not married?! just a guess!

haha i wish, work at a bank full time, practically married lol. I just work fast. and as of today i've only spent around $225 TOTAL on all my body mods.
