i have a 2001 a4 1.8t and as i was driving home the oil light came on flashing,i could hear a buzzing at the top of each gear but when the tubo kicked in it subsided, being a high revving car i dint want to push it so i pulled into a close shop and got my oil changed and flushed with the 5w-30 synthetic. as i started the car it was fine idol but when i started driving again the oil light came on flashing again and the buzzing was still there. its parked now at a downward angle and i see small drips of oil (prev had a small leak ). i like to do work myself and i live rather close to a good audi guy (autobahn connection) here in pompano/ft, lauderdale fl. but i fear this may be the oil pump or a hose that isnt facilitating the oil to reach the top of the block. the oil temp was in the bottom half of the guage and the coolant was dead in the middle......can anyone help ??? throw out any ideas or rule anything out???

Plugged oil pickup tube? Enough oil can get by the plug at low RPMs, but at higher RPMs not enough oil can get to the pump and it starts cavitating causing a fall off in pressure.
