I'd top off or change the power steering fluid,if its low. Could be the power steering pump itself,if the fluid is not low or dirty.

Don't make left turns!

No really , check your fluid. Also check the power steering system clamps. The hoses will squish a little after time & can cause leaks that suck air & airate the power steering fluid.

Thanks for responses, why would it only do it when turning left? lol That could still be the pump or fluid?

Yes it could be the fluid. CHF11s only.

It sounds like it could be your power steering fluid... Like M5S5 said only use Pentosin CHF 11S fluid only. You can get it at the dealer or at a auto parts store. It also might sound like your wheel hitting the bumper or some fender piece. If the car is lowered or modified from original height/wheel size then i would also check that out
