It is the 30 valve . well after taking vavle covers off and turning motor by hand it seems that the valves did take a hit on #1,3,4,6, cylinders . that sucks ....... time for a tear down.

all valves have movement but the exhaust valves dont move as far as others and are not seating.

# 1 has no compression
#2 has 90 pounds
#3 has nothing............... does not look good , i guess ill be diving into a valve job , i just hope the heads are not mangeled

Well if the valves are fucked I would call the head mangled. But if you mean the pistons, from what I've seen they are pretty resilient.

update
7 bent valves taking all out to lap them . it looks like someone had it apart before , found a penny yes a penny sandwiched between exhaust and head luckily no damage to sealing area.

Yeah our first clue was # 6 cyl had some marks on piston that looked half moon shape , did not see that untill we removed carbon then started breaking down heads and found the penny
