First thing I would do is clear the codes and see which ones come back. I can only assume the text after "--" is your interpretation of those codes? Each of those codes could have several possible causes and many possible solutions.

Here's what I think:
P1136 - could be: dirty/failing MAF, clogged fuel filter, dirty injectors
P0304 - ICM, coil pack, over-gapped and/or failing spark plug, maybe vacuum leak but I doubt it
P1476 - can't blame this one on the leak detection pump necessarily. Could also be a dirty/failing EVAP purge valve, damaged vacuum line (vacuum leak), charcoal canister issue, bad gas cap, bad fuel pump relay, etc.

Have you tried what CCA4 suggested 3 posts up? To help diagnose the misfire you can start by swapping the cylinder 4 coilpack with another one and see if the misfire changes to the cylinder you swapped cylinder 4's coilpack to. If it does, then it's the coilpack. If it doesn't change, next try swapping the spark plug in the same sort of fashion. If the misfire follows the plug, then you need new plugs. If neither of these work, it's probably your ICM (ignition control module).
