I live in Stamford CT outside of NYC near the ocean. I drive the car very hard. It has 133k miles, and its a teptronic. I often confuse i95 with the autobahn.

I am going to do my first oil change, and was hoping to get feedback on type of oil. 10w40 synthetic (mobile 1?) and buy a filter from autozone.

Anything I need to know? This is my first Audi, had 2 BMWs that were brand new and oil changes were covered, so I have not had to think about oil for some time.
