97 A4 1.8TQM RANDOMLY does not start, only clicking from starter

Problem solved!!! It was a bad ground. I wired a ground directly from the battery to one of the bolts on the starter bracket in the back of the starter and that fixed it.
How I figured it was a bad ground? I measured the voltage relative to the ground on the starter and then relative to the ground on the battery. When grounded on the starter the meter measured 9.1 Volts and when grounded to the battery it was 12.1. Just a bad grounding. It's time for a grounding kit.
