Yea the AFC still had an Idle valve. Like Kris said in his write up, if you're going to dig around there in your motor, better get some vacuum hose while you're there. If it's questionable at all, replace it. I think you get about 5 feet of it at an auto parts store for about $5.

From the sound in the video, it seems to be a cam follower or other valve-type noise.
What does the engine sound like when it is cold? Do you have the same noise?
Other possibilities are power steering pump or oil pump, but to me it sounds more like something in the cylinder head...
