Default 65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error

I can't get my new A4 1.8T inspected and registered because of the Airbag Light on. Someone offered to help me clear the code but his (full version) Vag-Com couldn't erase the code.

65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error
00-10 - - - Intermittent

Previous owner mentioned it's the harness under the passenger seat that triggered the light. I dunno!!!

Is replacing the airbag module the only way to get this fixed?

Let me know

The loose connector under the seat wouldn't cause this. Do you still want me to take a look at it today or would you rather wait until it stops raining?

Jun just left. I can communicate with the module with my ECS scanner but it fails all of the output tests. I told him to pick up a new module or rebuild his. Nice guy! (rare in these parts )

Not yet Chris. I checked the connections and it looks good.
I'm gonna try to zip tie it this weekend.
