5 bolt turbo to cat flange. where to buy
hey guys. i want to have a custom test pipe made cause i currently have a high flow cat and i need somewhere to mount my wideband 02 plug and there really is not much room and also im going to have to take it out to weld in an 02 bung...
your thoughts?
where would have this to order? i might also need the triangular one as well to connect to the exhaust

Thinking about it, I have a v-band adapter that bolted straight to my 50 trim, and I think it would bolt up to your turbo too. Then you could just have a v-band flange welded to your new dp and it would make things way better and easier.

That will not work for him since that bolts to a 4 bolt exhaust housing. His turbo has a internal wg which is why it has a 5 bolt, the outlet is oval not round.
If you need one let me know. Here are a few options.
Normal 5 bolt flange
Mild Steel CNC 5 bolt flange
SS 5 bolt flange
5 bolt flange that has a round outlet
SS 5 bolt flange with 3" pipe welded on
Mild version of that flange
This is a 5 bolt flange that goes to a Vband.

Go with the last one which is a Vband, then you can just have the test pipe made with a vband flange. The cheapest option would most likely be the 5 bolt flange with the oval 3" pipe on it already, then just make the rest of the test pipe onto that.
BTW you can mount your wide band 02 sensor after the HFC, it needs to be at least 18" away from the turbo anyway. Not going to see a huge difference between before the HFC and after. It might read a whole .2 leaner.
