Found this after hours of searching...hahahaha...I think when I try using this on Monday or Tuesday, this will DEFINATELY find my problem....

Don't even need a vag com and seems to show more codes than a vag com for HVAC system...will let you know......

 

well this was my wife's car and I was loosing faith in it on a day to day basis so I just traded it off for something newer and more reliable lol.

There are some of us out here who still have this issue to a lesser or greater degree than you. You are not alone.

Many of us who already have new heater cores and T-stats are afraid to keep asking about this, because there are some people here who pull out the standard "This has been asked a million times on this board. Flush the heater core and burp the system and that solves the problem, and stop spamming this forum already!" type of reply.

Clearly, in some cases this does not solve the problem. Yours is a case in point.
