Ok....I was willing to sit back and let thing be.

Seriously, you need to come down off your holier than thou attitude. I wasn't picking sides. I wanted to keep the thread relevant. The OP wanted his question answered. He wasn't looking for a father figure to lecture him as to the rights and wrongs of getting the job accomplished.

DO NOT include me in the HID kit crowd. I bought my car with the previous owner having installed OEM S4 Xenon headlights, no aftermarket bullshit here.

I can care less about what intensity he wants his lights. If I come upon his car, I'll be stuck with glare for 30 seconds. I could care less.

I have the highest respect for knowledgeable people, but not ignorant ******** who come off half cocked.

The reason why half the owners use HID kits is because of their AFFORDABILITY. If everyone had the means, then yes, I'm sure they would TRY to do things the correct way....dragonrage's way.

/rant....I apologize for getting sucked into that fellow members.
