1998 mods and supercharger questions!!!

Yeah, because the RS4 only needs 6 runners to it's 8 cylinders. It's a new technology, you wouldn't understand. The B5 RS4 ran a 2.7 TT V6. The one from the link probably would have to be modded to fit the 2.8 V6s head ports, but it probably wouldn't be worth it.

lol but if you looked at it it has 6 runners not 8. i would be interested to see how you fit that on a V8 engine. besides SSP says right there that it fits and they are a reputable company, i would take them for their word.

win that, get it to work, tell us about it. I've seen someone put an S4 manifold (not sure how different they are than RS4) on their 2.8 (12v) and said they noticed an increase.

You got me....... I read RS4 and skipped the rest due to the fact the US never got the B5 RS4 so assumed V8.

The only significant increase in power which has any reliability is the PES kit. If you are interested in supercharging your car, start with the following dedicated site.

Plenty of folks on the board who have been there and done that. Definitely an option, but not always a cheap one with what you will spend on getting things 100% perfect (if they ever are).
