100K service
Hey all,
I just passed 100,000 miles the other day...just wondering what the 100k service entails, and what I should expect it to cost. I already did the timing belt a little after 60k along with everything that you all in this forum recommend doing with it. What else do they do at 100K?
Thanks.

oil change, air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs, check timing belt (remove cover), check serp belts, check tire pressure, rotate tires, check brakes, check vacuum lines, read codes if any, depends on where you bring it.

Let me add what I've had to do since her car (2.8L) turned over 100,000 miles 13,000 miles ago (since Jan '08):
* Oil/Filter changes like normal
* Cabin and engine air filters
* New battery
* SAI electric motor
* SAI inlet and output hoses (cracked from age when removed)
* Both combi valves
* Suction pump and plastic hoses
* One O2 sensor
* Valve cover gaskets
* ABS control rebuilt by ModuleMaster.com
* Flex pipe (OK, so she did not notice the snow piled up in front of the garage from sliding off the roof when she pulled in)
* Both rear cats (shop said plugged, and when the flex pipes went, there was more power)
* Timing belt (relay roller blew after 30,000 miles but thankfully did no major harm)
* Plugs
* Rear brakes
* Rear brake calipers (parking brake froze up)
* Exhaust clamps from the after flex to the mid-pipe (section with resonator) aws they rusted out
* Rear bearings (doing that now)
It seems that I am always fixing something on this car since it hit 100K miles. I hope this string will be over soon.
