I'm waiting for Mike to stop by and share some wisdom. I'm not trying to build a 600 HP beast like he has, but I know he can point me in the right direction and probably tell me where some good deals are...

Been running the very first tube manifold made by Full-Race since 2004. The FR manifolds dont crack because they are made of Sch 40 tube and are welded by a robot since Sch 40 cant be welded correctly by hand. Their manifolds are also covered by a life time warranty which is something you wont get from other people making tube manifolds.

Here is one with a GT2871r/T31, perfect setup for 300-350hp. Nice part is that it still allows the person to upgrade to a larger turbo with the T3 exhaust housing later down the road. Full-race is also coming out with their own Vband version manifolds and that includes the audi/vw manifolds.

Odd thing is that nearly all cast log manifolds crack over time, even the SPA manifolds are doing that now that they have been out long enough.

Phil - Dont want a Full-race manifold for that 240SX ? The full-race T3 manifold for that car is listed for $999 and thats just their retail price.

That is a sexy set up right there Mike, how much would something like that set me back, and what kind of other hardware would I need in support for that, like what oil lines, injectors, fuel pump, ect.?

If I wanted to look more stock/ stealth, I understand that there is a high flow manifold that look stockish that the GTRS elim would bolt up to. Anyone have any pics of that set up, and would it be worth going that route?

Default 10 months to stockpile parts

Just wondering what year car I can get a set of coils and shocks from, that if I can find a used set on line or at a wrecker. And any other parts for that matter, it could be that the 93 to .. lets say 97 are all the same I dont know.

The person that bought that package setup spent around $3020 + shipping for the Manifold, Turbo, Down pipe, Tial 44mm wg and DIY dump tube kit. $320 for a SS braided oil/coolant line kit made with AN fittings and included all of the fitttings.

That setup will need an upgrade fuel pump (bosch 044 or Walbro) and 550-630cc injectors.

The GTRS elim kit with the high flow manifold running the stock air box looks just like a car with a K03 or K04 in it. It is a good setup for the street and for looking like stock, but if you end up wanting to move up to a larger turbo you are stuck selling everything and buying all new parts.

So the dilema lies in that for now, my goal is 300-350, but once I get there, instead of being happy, I would want more. Spend a little more money now to save a headache and more money down the road.

That is probably my best option. That way I can buy a newer Audi as my DD and this lovely B5 will become my hobby car...
