Default 1.8T seafoamed and now not turning over????

I put some seafoam in my oil about 20 miles ago and today I put some in the throttle body and I takes. It was spewing white smoke (good) then it said ten the car off and put some more in the intake and wait 15 minutes, when I tried to turn the car back on it wouldn't start! Not only was it not starting it was turning over! It goes "Che ka" and stops!

Pbcrazy, can you take a pic of where you put Seafoam into the engine? I'm getting a CEL and would like to Seafoam the engine before I try anything else.... THANKS IN ADVANCE!

On a 1.8T the vacuum line coming off the intake manifold at the front of the car should be a good place. On a 30v or 12v, use the line going into the suction pump under the solenoid bank at the top rear center of the engine, above the throttle body.

Just don't get scared if it doesn't turn over, just spray some gum cutter in there haha. I also took out all my injectors and seafoamed and brake cleaned them individually and replaced the caps/orings/screens. I didn't see much difference with the seafoam but I definitely saw it with the brake clean, cleaned all the crap out

For the sake of completeness, here is the location on the 30v 2.8L, with the proper area again marked with a red dot. Hopefully this will help if anyone in the future searches for this.

the reason is because you let it sit too long. same thing happened on my friends bmw. it started up but threw multiple cylinder misfires for like 10-15 miles.

as it states on the bottle the turn off time is about 5 minutes.
