02+ B6 5 spoke pic request
I'm trying to get some pics of the 02+ B6 et 45 17" 5 spoke sport rims on our B5s. Ugh I've dug and have came up empty. Any pics would be greatly appreciated . Right section as well?? Lol.

I was gonna say how are you gonna put the S4 setup on the A4. Then I saw you have the 2.8.
For $100, it's worth a try. If you don't like it, I think you can probably sell those again for the same price.

It didn't lower it hardly at all but the handling is 10 times better since I had the non sport version. Maybe if I get some 17s it should fill up the gap a little better. Hoping. Down the road though I see the lowering springs >

To be honest, springs aren't really too expensive. I have seen couple guys running stock S4 shocks with aftermarket springs. Don't know how long the shocks will last though.
If you're planning to fill up the gap, you'll probably need thicker tires to go along with the 17's.

The only thing that I'm dreading again is the labor. I just didn't have the tools for this job and was soaked $240 and the springs were already on the shocks as well . I can get the springs but now I'm sure it will be more now.
Any ideas on the tires? I'm thinking 235/45/17s but I don't think there that "fat" .

the tire is probably too wide or too tall... happened to me when i got them. The B6 i believe has more clearance and can support a larger wheel. what size are the tires you have?

235/45/17s. So if I drop to 225s that should work? I drove around for a while last night and did not notice any wear, but lol there is no room from the upper rear control arm and the tire.. It has to be doing something.
