whining when turning?

Whts ur boost set at? 18psi? Tht seems like one hell of a spike if it drops lower thn 15psi

It's not really set...no MBC it's on the factory N75. It's APR's program haha. It won't spike that all the time, if you are at the right revs and plant your foot it can very very briefly spike that. Generally it will hold onto 18 or 17 for a while though. Oh, and when I say it drops under 15, we're talking about very very very upper rev range, it doesn't just steadily drop, probably starts around 4,XXX.
