I have a 225, quattro and running about 20psi steady, I would say that with my mods listed below that I am only running about 230ish maybe to the wheels, plan on getting a 3" downpipe, FMIC and water/meth injection to help raise my hp. I am pretty sure that im maxing out the flow on my stock intercoolers.

You would more likely dyno at about 210awhp. I have seen some with just a chip and drop in K&N and only put down 200awhp. But with the dp and fmic you sould be close if not at 230. Add the water meth with some increase in boost and timing you could easily see 250awhp

plus you can always run 24-25psi and should still see a good gain.

Just get aebay downpipe for $90-120 shipped. You can get 2.5" or 3" and the fitment have always be wonderful. A two peice one would be easier to install and you can use the race pipe if you want or have your stock cat made to fit for a few extra dollars. Or if you need/like a new cat you can get the race pipe section from 42dd that has a cat and either a 2.5" or 3" peice to attach to your current exhaust.

There was the one person on here that bought one andseemed happy, he got a cel because he only had one spacer but im not sure if he got that fixed yet.

yes im running steady 20psi right now, but i mean can it go up into like 27+ range or is that out of the range of it, I just read somewhere that some guy stated that his k03 was pushing 27psi with water meth injection, i wonder how long his bearings will last?

that sounds extremely retarted on the k03(he would need to upgrade plenty of internals to prevent some serious damage), i dont plan on running my k03 any higher than 18 psi, check out modshack.info and read the 225 review by an audiworld member, maybe even give schwing a quick chime

I think 21 - 23 psi on a 225 is about as high as you can safely go with regular mods (chipped/flashed, intake, DV, MBC, exhaust, etc...) without hitting limp. I believe limp can come in around 27 or 28 psi, but I've heard of some 225's running 25 psi without issues... but most would say to stay between 21 - 23 psi to keep safe.
