RE: What are our top speeds?
well from what i heard, a 180 chipped can peak at 155mph as well
edit: when i drove out to vegas in the middle of the nite, it was around 30-35 degrees farenheit in the desert and i peaked at around 140 - to low 140's. the only mods i had were H&R springs w/ the 18" formula mesh rims.

RE: What are our top speeds?
i've had my chipped 225 past 155 mph. (assuming the speedometer was correct). I still have stock wheels so I would guess its moderately accurate. I really dont know how much faster than 160 though because after 145, it accelerates very slowly and it's hard to gauge anything past 160. -shrugs-

I wonder what the TT's top speed is that you could maintain for a longer period of time without over revving the car is.
My guess was 130mph on the 225TT

RE: What are our top speeds?
i have done 240KM/HR on my 180 TT and that was just stock GIAC 94 oct. since then havent really ripped it on the highway. although i did 200 km yesterday, some random dude in a rusted GTP thought he could keep up especially in the turns doing 180km+ lol it was really funny watching him take turns and using 3 lanes lmao!!!! he is lucky he didnt spin out. 240= 144mph and 200 = 120mph. for you guys that are still in the extinct british empirical system :P
