I posted questions about installation of a new upper grille on my 2001 tt coupe. I was told more than once that it would have to be installed from the inside and therefore the bumper would have to removed to do the installation. After taking another look at the clips on the replacement grille, it became obvious that it could easily be installed from the OUTSIDE, without removing the bumper, which is a fairly formidibletaskfor the amateur mechanic. Take forum advice with a grain of salt and both eyes open.

I totally agree...
Some idiots in another forum told me I shouldn't cut my roof off with a sawz-all. I'm glad I didn't listen to them, Ha! Dumb advice giving morons...
Oh, wait... on second thought, now when I finish itI won't be able todrive my car unless it's warm and sunny. Maybe they did know something...
