Default Uneven brake wear

Just put Power Slot slotted rotors and and Hawk pads - pretty easy install (thanks to all that have posted on here) but now I have two questions...

Slight grinding from the front (was told that this will be normal for a week or so...)

and uneven wear - the left side rotor is clean - the left is patchy like it's not grabbing properly.

I've searched and have yet to find any reference to this

left side - normal wear (after about 60 miles of driving in the city)

right side - abnormal wear...

Sorry - focus is off - but I think you get the picture...

Pedal is responsive - no spoungy feeling. Bled the brakes just incase this morning - all seemed good.

Is this normal for breaking in?

dont think those pads are seated right. Also does your car pull to one side when brakeing?

Nothing noticable upon braking - slight leftward drift - but that was there prior to the brake change... I'll pull it apart again and check

so the bottom one going forward <<<<<<< and top going forward >>>>>>> and looks like there is something lodged on the pads ( I assume you put new pads on? ) and lubed all the parts up so the caliper moves freely
