Default TTDA

hey guys i want to order a modshack TTDA for my 180hp TT. How do you fit the hoses to the bottom of the car? It looks like their is no room for hoses to fit but i have seen pictures with TTDA's installed. do i need to remove my front bumper? any help is good.

You dont need to take anything off. The hoses just run down the front into a space behind the headlight and the other there is a gap that leads into the wheel well area and you just push them in there. This will give you colder air even in the summer than the air that is coming off the hot engine right by the old air box. Plus the casing on the TTDA also helps reflect the hot air from seeping through. During winter some people replace the TTDA for a CAI that is exposed cuz the air is cold and they want to hear that sound an open CAI provides but put the TTDA back on in the summer so they dont lose to much HP from hot air. I have a TTDA and it took all of 10 mins to install.

thank you, i have a neuspeed p flow intake right now. will i get the same sound or no?
