^^ Concur

As I stated before...
You really should think about some other mods first before just piling on monster power under the hood. Otherwise, you're just looking at destroying your car and yourself...

I still recommend upgrading brakes and strengthening suspension before adding 300HP to your car... otherwise, you'll kill yourself.

Well if you DO get the turbo upgrade... you'd better keep your boost very low to begin (< 21psi)... for a few reasons:

1.) If you try to achieve 450-500WHP without first adding a big brake kit, you will be putting yourself in a very dangerous situation. I think I said it before, but I will say it again. You NEED to strengthen your suspension and/or brakes in order to prevent taking turns at extremely high speeds with that turbo... if you do not strengthen your suspension, you will roll the car. you can get around this by upgrading your brakes to big brakes, allowing you to slow the car before turning. Without this... you will increase your chances of hurting yourself a lot.

2. You will NOT be able to cool your engine/turbo sufficiently with the stock SMICs. If you do not run your boost at a very low setting, you will burn up your engine and melt your turbo bearings. (fyi.... if you overheat ball bearings with friction... they explode. Ive whitnessed this happen to unlubricated ball bearings in helicopter rotor covers; ball bearings are hollow and the air inside expands when superheated)

3.) The stock engine rods will NOT hold up to 400+HP conditions. You WILL cause permanent damage to your engine if you attempt this. You will need to replace the stock rods with reinforced rods before crossing that threshold if you care about your engine.

Members of this forum have answered questions for you about upgrading your turbo because that is the information you requested; but I would imagine that noone on this forum would recommend doing a Big Turbo upgrade first if you have not yet done supporting modifications to prepare your car for that kind of power.

I could be wrong. Please correct me if I am mistaken.
