tt k04-01 turbos
monday morning i'll have your results for the tt 180hp for the basic k04-01 turbo. i am running one with an upgraded compressor wheel but it wont be much dfference. i have a fmic which wont realy help in the dyno run, but still give you an idea overall. downpipe is next in afew more weeks. i'll be testing a 3" with a cat on it. this is the last waste of money before i go big turbo, which i am doing. i just had to do it for me....what an extra couple of hundred. hope it helps someone.
my tt180q with a k03S put out 220 whp on the giac software on 100octane software before. . that was the last dyno run.

RE: tt k04-01 turbos
it was on a mustang awd dyno. also no results yet as my car isnt running right. i couldnt find a tt225 maf sensor in time for the dyno, so i have to wait a week or so before i get one and play with it some more. i got it to work decently with the stock sensor and bigger housing, but its just enough where its not detonating and bucking under throttle. what is happenig is that due to the different sensor it is flooding the car. the idel is crap too. i tuned it out with the revo software, but its just not enough. i have to get the right one for the job. still had a slight power gain and it runs much smoother through the power band, but thats porbably due to extra fuel all over bogging it down. someone might lend me a sensor locally to test it out then i buy a new one from audi. price went down too. its only 166 for the 225maf from audi. i just have other things to pay for before the car.

i just had fmic exhaust and intake. boost was high, but not perfect as the powerband didnt hold too long. it dropped off faster than i wanted it to. also the other thing that i dont know was the correction factor. if they messed with that it might have changed it a bit. i assumed not as they had no reason to. it wasnt a shop i worked with the were the only ones with a awd dyno in the area. they were even surprised. i think the way the car ran with the 100 octane vs 91 octane chip was night and day. with 91 i only pulled in mid 180s at the wheels with no fmic, and the runs were done back to back. with the intercooler and 100 software added as the only mod
