Has anyone sent their instrument cluster class action settlement paperwork to Audi? Anyone gotten any response from Audi?

 

I submitted mine and have not heard anything back.

 

Me either, I called and they said they had it but needed to evaluate.

where can i get the paperwork to do this? and I am assuming that this is about the fact that the upper left section of the digital display fades/doesnt work...right?

 

Thats part of it.

But try this, push on the plastic surrounding the display near that corner, and see if it brightens up. Works temporarily for me.


I didn't do anything with that paperwork. I'm pretty sure I'm excluded anyway, as the car's been in service too long. Should have complained about that. The people who need it the most (older cars) are left out of the settlement by the in-service date. Guess some people argued that point, but I guess it was mainly the people on AW, because from what I heard, there were only a handful of people with issues with the claim, vs the hundreds of thousands of letters sent out.
