TT Instrument Cluster Class Action Settlement
#61
I had mine checked last week. It had a few dead lines, and fading in the upper left corner. They said it was covered and ordered me a new cluster to be put in soon. I hope somebody can benefit from this. The dealer's name is Gurley Leep in Mishawaka, IN

Took my car in to McDonald Audi in Denver at the end of August. Replaced the cluster the next day. Only issue was that I had to return as I noticed that the radio info was missing. They fixed it right away.
No hassles whatsoever. Good dealer.

2001
I have a 2001 Audi TT Roadster. Purchased new May of 2000. Only 40000 miles never driven in winter and all are highway miles. 4 years ago I had to replace lock on glove box door $900.00 2years ago Sensor $1200.00 2years ago Computer about $1800.00 - All repairs thru AUDI. Now started car today and looks like instrument cluster is gone. I phoned Audi America they told me to take it to the dealer (Spend about $150.00) to find out the cluster is bad. They told me on the phone that my car wasn't included in the recall. H E L P !!!!!!

There is no help. you, like me, are late to the party. repairs are on us.
when it gets real bad, try either module masters or BAA remanufacturers for a rebuild. they are in the 300-350 range and audi is over 1000.

i just purchased an 01 TT roadster with a dead display, an as is sale, car is so beautiful, black with baseball leather 37xxx miles didn't pay much attention or know about it, i will remove cluster and send for repair at module master, thought it would be $1000 so $350 is not too bad
