Default tt boys!!!

I'm in the process of selling my A4, and in my search for my next ride I came across this (imo) beauty:

http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/car/565450363.html

what do you think?

I'd like some tips on tt's (I would be new to the 1.8t engine), and some opinions on this car - to help me talk that price down a bit.

Thanks!

That's a nice color combo, but the Neiman Marcus isn't much to brag about...

And if you ignore the fact that it's a special edition, $13,000 is WAY too much for a FWD with 113k miles.

fwd.... I didnt notice that.

i've been spoiled with quattro already for half a year I dont know if I could settle for fwd. I take corners on some backroads to work in a way that only awd could handle [8D]

High miles, modded AND R-Title.

Kinda kills any selling power the limited edition had going for it. [:'(]

I second that.

Use the high miles and modding (read: worked like a rented mule) as leverage to knock that asking price down. I paid $10,450 for a 2001 225hp quattro TT with 109,000 miles. I'd hope you could get him down around there.

Yes..

They weigh less.

It's not a matter of not being a good car, it's just that the value is lower.

I like mine. WIth new mounts, the car holds the road far better. Notto mention its so light it can be as fast or faster than a equally modded 225

Also with 3K launches, my car just goes with little noise from the tires.
