When it flashes, the tires are slipping and the car is pulling power.

if you are not loosing traction and that happens. for example it goes on for a while then it turns off again, it is a bad abs sensor on one of the front wheels. i had that happen. sometimes i would just be driving and the light would come on, stay on for a period of time, sometime minutes sometime days and the just go off. part cost about 20 bucks. check your codes for abs sensor.

Its also an early symptom of a failing maf or atleast a loose connection.

Your ABS sensor might be almost severed. A month ago had the same problem. Try finding the nick in the wire, chop it on both sides and dual splice it...save u a few bucks...very easy.

Usually right by the brake pads/caliber. If I recal correct only the driver side has pad wear sensors (ie: dont mistake it for that). All four wheels have abs sensors.

Use one of these...
Very easy. Remove wheel well cover and it will be staring you in the face. Really sounds like a nick in the wire...once in a while the right bump will connect them and then u will lose it again.

It'll look ugly, but no one can see it behind the plastic wall anyway. I used a priority mail sticker for mine.
