yes it does....i didnt think it would make that big of a difference till i tested it out one day in my school parking lot....very fun and my buddy riding with me was like DAMN SON...i dont even drive this car and can tell the difference after you put that sway bar in.

 

yeah, i have the h&r 21mm rear sway bar on mine and the difference between that and stock is amazing. my girlfriend even noticed the difference...
