Default time for a timing belt...what should i do?

i'm fixing to order a timing belt kit from ecs. i think i'm going to order the one that comes with the lightweight pulleys.are there any performace benefitsthat i will gain from the pulleys? are they worth putting in since my tech will be right there? thanks.

Dont get the pulleys, waste of money... someone did a before and after dyno and lost 1 hp. Just stick with the basic kit

I spent the extra for the pulleys and think that it was well worth it. After swapping them out it seems as though there is less hesitation in getting to the higher RPM range and not to mention it does relieve stress or the workload of the engine, though minimal. I caught the kit on sale from ECS so the pulleys weren't that much more than the regular price.
