Default For those of you who have modified clutches in the car....

okay, i had a clutch slipping problem before, so i had an aftermarket clutch put in, a eurospec sport clutch disc, with 11lb flywheel. After getting installed, my car has a knocking noise that can only be heard from the interior, and also my clutch pedal is VERY LIGHT, meaning i don't need to put any pressure to press the pedal. Is this normal?

yes, your pedal will firm up a little bit over time, and that noise is flywheel chatter, perfectly normal with a light weight flywheel... raising the idle with vagcom can reduce and maybe get rid of the chatter.

Depending on a few things like if they bled the clutch and what the pressure plate is like. 9 times out of ten the pedal feels stiffer than stock.if its loose feeling I would get that checked.mine is quite a bit stiffer than stock..

ya, i should then. The car drives perfectly fine, but the clutch pedal is very loose on the beginning, and you feel pressure only at the end.

Also, is it normal to hear the chatters while in gear and driving too?

depends on the pressure plate, if its stock or stock like it will probably feel a little lighter than normal for awhile.
