You can use night shades but I think you can only get it online. Or you can go to a hobby store and get some testors black tint spray. I did the testors and wish I went with night shades. Any kind of clear coat should do fine I think. What I did was about two coats of tint, than sanded with 2000grit and than two more and so on until desired darkness than followed up with a 2000grit sand and clear coat than another sand and than another clear coat.

Bubbles, fades, turns purple, peels, when you take it off leaves residue you have to scrape with a razor...

mindless rambling is all i hear

i live in so cal and i use tint and i <3 it more than hawt secks. no i dont, but it's still awesome. to sway away from the purple turn & peels, use lamin-x. it's alot thicker than normal film tint, but it's gonna cost ya. bubbles are always gonna be there, but hardly noticable unless closer inspection. as for residue, uh ya. good ol soap and water.

p.s. - ive used tint, lamin-x AND spray. tint is too light and is hard to install + its thinner and more fragile. paint is nice at 1st but also a bit more difficult to apply since ya gotta take out the lenses then after awhile starts to get grainy.

p.s.s. - its your car, do wutever ya wants
