Just call the dealer parts dept. with your VIN, they will tell you the part number. There is also a TSB for the bushings that says they will replace the swaybar and the bushings.

This has probably been answered, so I'll repeat it.
The rear bar is 14mm. Get the Neuspeed 19mm bar which comes with polyurethane bushings. The front bar should be 20mm, but measure it with calipers. I think TTSTUFF has poly bushings for about $50. They are definitely worth it.
No, you do not need to remove any linkage to install the bushings, but you should remove the wheels to make it easier. The front are a pita, but you can do it.

Alright so I've tried getting through to the dealer serivce dept.. and no luck. So maybe you can give me an answer. Will a dealer cover the Swaybar TSB, even if I bought used, private party, TT with no warranty? Or will I have to pay to have the dealer fix it for me?
