swap or stroke?

RE: swap or stroke?
Check dragtimes.com there are quite a few audi TT slips on there listing there mods and times on the strip.
As far as autocross, a nice beefed up suspension upgrade and possibly a big turbo with rods and you'll have no problem with the evos and wrx.
I wanted to drag my TT as well since my brother has recently gotten into it, hes got a trans am (perfect drag car) Enjoy building your car man and whatever you get, enjoy it!

RE: swap or stroke?
The parts for a 2.0 are pretty cheap vs buying a new engine
All the parts are listing in the BT and High performance sticky. I broke down most of my cost in my version2.0......T thread. Its about $1200-1500 in parts and to bore the engine. The rest of the cost is who does the work. Add in new valve springs and you can have fast spool and still spine the engine to 8500rpms which is plenty for a 2.0 with a gt35r .63

RE: swap or stroke?
There is one person with a supercharge and a gt30r and he gets 20psi from the gt3076r at ~3k. What are you trying to do powerwise? You are asking tons of ?'s and no one knows what you are trying to achieve.

RE: swap or stroke?
With that goal, you are well below needing to stroke the engine or even consider swapping engines. You are basically looking at a gt2871r or a t3t4 50trim. If you plan on running it at 350whp daily, you will also need to swap in some scat 144/20mm rods (available at qedpower.com) and you are good to go. A gt2871r will spool much faster (20+ psi by ~3500rpms) and can make up to about 375fwhp when built and maxed. With a good tune from unitronics or eurodyne/tapp, you will have all the reliabilty when matched to a pagparts turbo kit. Please spend 5-10mins reading the BT and High Performance sticky and you will have all the info you need. I didnt take the time to write it for nothing
