Default stupid kmac question...

i've searched for specific info on how these kits work to no avail and due to my lack of knowledge on suspension i am clueless... so how exactly do these kits work? I know what they do, I just don't know how they do it. do they work like the oem part with just a heavier compound? do they adjust in the same manner? i'm completely clueless on this. thanks.

They are an eggcentric bushing (with an off-center hole) so they change the mounting point of the arms thus allowing the camber to be adjusted back in spec after lowering.

Along the same lines as twenty8red's question. As we would raise and lower our cars with the coilover suspension, does the KMAC kit need to be manually adjusted, or, assuming we drop and raise between 1/2 an inch to 1.5 inches would the KMACcompensate on its own?

no it will not compensate. once you set the coilovers to a setting( ex.1.5 drop) you have to realign the car.
