RE: Space saver spare '08 TT
You should be ok with the gel stuf as a short term fix but Im sure you can just ask any tire place for a cheap donut to store. Is there a place to store a donut? So have you done anything besides the chip? Does the car feel alot quicker with the chip? IM sure if you put a 3 inch downpipe and K&N filter in you might get more HP. Race anyone yet?

Yes there is a tire well, it's just an empty cavity. The space saver spare needs to have the correct bolt pattern, offset and center bore. It's pretty car specific. I was hoping a gen I, TT 180/225 would be a fit and find one here.
The ECU reflash was worth the money great midrange thrust just a slight squeeze of the throttle and it doesn't even need to downshift just goes. No racing, I'd like to get a cold intake, none available yet.

Ask Steve at www.modshack.info; he engineered (i believe) and handmakes all the TT parts he sells on his site. ALMOST (there are exceptions) everyone uses his intakes, ****, and Boost Machine (MBC).
I'm pretty sure if you asked him... he could come up with stuff for you. He's a reall good guy and had the best customer service of any TT site I've bought from so far.

Plus check out sites that sale for the VW 2.0T. I beleive they have a couple of CAIs out. I think there is the carbon fiber CAI, which I think it really just like the stock except of caourse carbon fiber and a K&N filter but $300. And there are a couple that are pipes that replace the stock one. I think I am just going to drop in a K&N filter when I get mine. ATP has a 3 inch down pipe that they use on other VW 2.0T that might work on Audi and they have a diverter valve relocator too.
